Objectives and Key Results: Focusing on customer outcomes to drive product roadmaps, alignment and agility

This masterclass focuses on the human-centric goal-setting framework, Objectives and Key Results. In this hands-on masterclass, attendees will work to identify the goals for their work (objectives) and then focus on how to measure the success of those goals with outcomes, measurable changes in user behaviour (key results).

In a series of discussions, exercises and sharing of work, participants will learn how managing to key results enables greater agility in the team, creates the bandwidth for learning and integrates seamlessly into a scrum process.

Finally, participants will learn how to use OKRs to build realistic product roadmaps that account for the uncertain nature of digital product and service development.
